Other plugins might change the unique ID when updating. I cannot vouch for them. And no need to do every channel in one go. Do a bouquet, check epg importer sources, run epg importer scan, check them

Creating the bouquets via the M3U file method creates just one big list for live TV with all country's TV channels in it.
