Prior to my arrival, I was told by the manager Lisa, that I would get a resort view at no charge and she wrote down my request. It was definitely not clean, we found hairs in the bathroom when we came in. We smelled weed everywhere and the rooms were super dark and smelled very weird... It was really a horrible experience!
