WebAug 5, 2016 · Femoston comes in 2 types- sequi and conti. The sequi type which gives a monthly bleed is available in 1mg and 2mgs strengths. The conti type comes in 1mg dose. Conti is for women who are 12 months past their final natural period- so post meno - and who don't want a monthly bleed . Presumably you are on sequi which is fine. WebApplication. Femoston should be applied immediately after opening the pouch and removing the protective liner. Femoston should be pressed firmly in place with the fingers for at least 10 seconds, making sure there is good contact, especially around the edges. If the system lifts, apply pressure to maintain adhesion.
