WebThe Cynnydd programme will provide support to students aged between 16 and 24 years old who are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training). Gower College Swansea is one of the 11 partner organisations across South West Wales involved in the project which is led by Pembrokeshire County Council. Web6. To ensure that this Council has access to the funding and for the Council to play an active role in Cynnydd it will be necessary for the Council to enter into an Inter Authority Agreement with the participating authorities.
