WebI like that they are lightweight and have a responsive sole. The fit is pretty similar to other Brooks in the toe box. The heel cup isn't super padded on the Brooks tempo but I like this because other Brooks with heel cup padding always gave me hot spots, even when I sized up. WebHyperion Tempo fit is good. Midsole is a bit firm but I feel really pushed to go fast. These are rather old shoe but possibly best shoe released by Brooks until Hyperion max. Just bear in mind that Ghost are very cushion with a very high 12mm drop.
